Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, customers are responsible for reviewing the selected size, colour, quantity, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

Product Appearance

We do our best to display product colours and designs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, garment colour, printing process, or production batch.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Retro Cool T-Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Because many products are made to order, we generally cannot provide free returns or exchanges when a customer selects the wrong size, colour, or product.
