Where do your shirts ship from?

Orders may be fulfilled from one of our production facilities in Canada or the United States, depending on the item and destination.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

What brands of shirts do you use?

We use quality blank apparel from trusted brands. The exact brand may vary depending on the design, size, colour, and availability.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipping. Most orders are processed within a few business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our shirts are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally limited to defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items. Please review your size and colour carefully before ordering.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us and include your order number and photos if applicable. We'll do our best to make it right.

Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?

Yes! We use Alstyle and Gildan brand shirts which are produced in North America.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please check our sizing guide before placing your order. Since items are made to order, we may not be able to offer a free replacement for an incorrectly selected size.

Do you offer refunds for damaged or defective items?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
