We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If your item is defective, you are not responsible for returning it. Simply provide a photo of the defective item, and we will issue a 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).

For non-defective items, if you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
