Refund & Return Policy

At Retro Cool T-Shirts, many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we ask customers to carefully review the selected size, colour, quantity, and shipping information before completing an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If the problem is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wrong size or colour selected

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer free returns or exchanges when the wrong size, colour, or item was selected by the customer.

Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
