At Retro Cool T-Shirts, many of our products are made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it is shipped.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within approximately 2-5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates after production are:

  • Canada: approximately 3-7 business days
  • United States: approximately 3-7 business days
  • International orders: delivery times vary by destination

Please note that these are estimates and carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment has been processed.

Shipping Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from one of our production facilities in Canada or the United States, depending on the product and delivery destination.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
